Do not allow Technician to clock into a job that is marked as "Declined" on the ticket.

When a job is added to a ticket most of the time it requires the tech to clock in and take a look at the customers complaint so that the customer can make the choice to either have the repair completed or decline the repair. Once the the tech has clocked time on that job you do not want to delete the job. Also you want to have a record of the customer asking about the job. If you mark the job declined you don't have to worry about a job being done the customer does not want to pay for.
